As I business owner I know what it’s like to be the “be- all/do- all” in your business.  When times are tough we all have a tendency to “trim the fat” and try to do everything ourselves.  It’s part of our “Entrepreneurial DNA”.

The problem is we get so bogged down by the day to day minutia of seemingly important tasks and non- productive busy-ness that we lose focus of why we got into business in the first place.
