Who is Kyle Wilson?

A regular guy with a passion for marketing, entrepreneurship, small business coaching, and an extraordinary drive to help others reach their full potential.  Kyle is married to the beautiful Angelina Wilson and has 3 awesome kids.

A brief history…

Kyle was raised in a pretty conservative middle class home in Buhl, Idaho, population 4,077.  His parents were loving and supportive, setting a great example in the value of hard work, honesty and integrity.  It was a fairly simple lifestyle;  go to school, get good grades, work, and play basketball.

Kyle is extremely grateful that his parents gave his brother and him the opportunity to pursue their “hoop dreams” which resulted in college basketball scholarships and the opportunity to play for some of the best college coaches and leaders around.

What an amazing experience it was to be a part of four regional and conference championships, four national tournament appearances, and chance to play for a national title.

Kyle certainly owes a debt of gratitude to his coaches for instilling in him the drive to achieve more.   Those experiences did more to fuel his entrepreneurial leadership fire than anything.

Later, after working as a contractor, chemical salesman, and running a real estate company,  plus many failed attempts at various multi- level marketing companies sprinkled in between, Kyle realized it was time to refocus.

It was time to get his life’s mission aligned with his career.

Rewind to 2007.

Kyle had just experienced the two best income- generating years of  his life in Real Estate, earning a multiple six- figure income.  Buyers were moving to the area in droves and sellers were  getting top dollar for their properties.

Values were skyrocketing and his team of agents was excelling  beyond expectation.

Then it hit, like a tsunami they didn’t see coming. The banks stopped loaning money… values took a steep nosedive… buyers scattered like cats in a field of mice… and sellers were stuck holding under- valued properties.

Desperation set in.

Blinded by foolish pride Kyle continued on, tweaking his business model several times in an attempt to keep his team together and growing.

He didn’t want to QUIT.

But it was too late.

Inventory exploded… prices plummeted… and demand left town on the midnight train.  Kyle’s dreams of multiple streams of income were mythical…

It was time to shut it down and move on.

After months of feeling sorry for himself and looking for a new way to support my family, Kyle came to the realization that the Real Estate industry wasn’t the problem, he was.

Some serious self examination and reflection helped Kyle see that he needed to take responsibility for his actions.  It was time to take ownership of every decision he had ever made in his life and accept the results.

The declining real estate market and lack of income were only a small part of Kyle and his family’s problems. They were facing a mountain of medical debt as a result of my wife’s serious health issues and premature birth of our twins.

It was the most difficult and stressful time of their lives.  The financial stress was overwhelming.  Debt was multiplying and income was limited. They rarely slept, barely able to get any rest between baby feedings. The stress was almost unbearable.

And Kyle was frightened that for the first time in his life he couldn’t do the one fundamental thing he was put on this earth to do, provide for his family.

As a man, husband and father, all he ever wanted to do was take care of his family and spend time with them on his own terms.

Finally, tired of the self pity and negative conversations going on in his mind, Kyle decided it was time to own up… admit his mistakes… take responsibility… and open his mind to new possibilities.

So he went to work dissecting and analyzing what worked and what didn’t in his real estate business. He wanted to learn from past mistakes and take the positive and apply that to a new venture… whatever that may be.

The business was successful because Kyle created a duplicatable marketing and sales training system for the agents on his team.
